HANNAN is an artist from Narayanganj who has been rapping for a while now. The rapper is from the supergroup Wrong Side and is also one half of Killaz Kulture with Shezan. Over time, Hannan has proven himself to be one of the best artists in the game with his insane lyricism and amazing flow. Almost every song he has released turned out to be a cult classic amongst his fans and listeners. His recent release is titled “AWAAZ UTHA.”.
Few days ago HANNAN & Snarebyt joined forces and released a new single which is titled “AWAAZ UTHA”. The single is produced and mixed mastered by his frequent collaborator Snarebyt. The song immediately took over social media because of the lyrics. AWAAZ UTHA is about The 2024 Bangladesh Quota Reform Movement. Which is an ongoing anti-government protest in Bangladesh, spearheaded mostly by public and private school, college, and university students. Students are opposed to a thirty percent public sector job quota for family members of veterans who fought in the 1971 War of Independence, as a result of high rates of youthful unemployment. Following a fight between students and police over the public service quota system that resulted in thousands of injuries and a several hundred deaths, Bangladesh stated that all of its educational institutions would be shuttered permanently.
